You send your approved inventory to Nisbah, and we handle all orders and shipping to customers in Australia.
Q5. Can I list if I’m outside Australia?
Yes. We partner with brands globally. You’ll send stock to us once approved.
Q6. How do I get paid?
We process monthly payouts via bank transfer or PayPal and include detailed sales reports.
Q7. How long does approval take?
Usually 3–5 business days after you submit your application.
Q8. Can I update or remove my listings?
Yes — you can request to update, pause, or remove your listings at any time, but changes must be processed by our team. If you’d like to pause or remove a product, simply contact us directly by phone or email, and we’ll update your listings for you. This helps us maintain accurate inventory and customer experience on our site.
Q9. What happens if my items don’t sell?
If your perfumes remain unsold and you wish to have them returned, you’re welcome to do so. However, the return delivery cost is paid by the seller. Alternatively, if you’re located in Australia, you may collect your stock directly from our Bankstown warehouse by appointment. We do not cover or arrange return shipping for unsold items.

Yes, you can restock anytime once your brand is active on nisbah. Simply contact our team to coordinate new inventory or product additions.
